Bollywood director Karan Johar has bagged the remake rights of 'Oopiri' for a huge price.
Nagarjuna Akkineni, Karthi,Tamanna Bhatia starred 'Oopiri' has been a cult classic and the film has broken
box office.
The film released last Friday, has even passed the test on Monday
and remains the film runs more than 90% occupancy on weekends.
Vamsi Paidipally who led the
project has shown that the film with the substance will always be appreciated
by the audience. The film is a great success both in Tamil and Telugu version.
Now is the time for the film to step into Bollywood.
If we are to believe the sources,
Bollywood director Karan Johar has bagged the remake rights of 'Oopiri' for a
huge price. Inside sources reveal that Karan Johar was so pumped after seeing
the film and he immediately decided to buy the remake rights.
Earlier rights Karan bags
'Baahubali' and he knew great success with the Hindi version. However this time
there will be a material dubbing. It was completely redone and Vamsi will shape
the project. It would be very interesting to be cordoned off to perform
