Hyderabad: Amid chanting of Vedic
hymns, K Chandrashekar Rao Chief Minister on Saturday placed the first stone of
his new official residence and camp office. The new building that was built in
an area of 8.90 acres located next to the existing field office in Panjagutta
in the city will have a large conference room, facilities for meetings with
foreign delegates, special room for those who come to meet him, and parking
slots for vehicles.
The new building would be
equipped with modern technology including videoconferencing facilities for a
meeting with collectors, ministers and review meetings with all departments.
Chief Minister's wife Shobha, Special Chief Secretary roads and buildings Sunil
Sharma and OCM officials were present on the occasion.
