Massive rally after TS-Maharashtra deal may jam roads.
Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao
Hyderabad: The citizens who are
in Begumpet and Secunderabad areas from Tuesday afternoon until the evening you
can expect a "memorable experience" as described by a TRS leader, as
the party prepares to give a tumultuous welcome Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao
master when he returns to the city after the signing of memoranda of
understanding with the government of Maharashtra in building five dams across
the Godavari river and its tributaries.
Despite the great welcome, with
thousands of farmers from northern districts of Telangana, it is attached to a
jam flow all the way from the airport Begumpet to the field office, commuters
and school children of the CM, some with views examinations, certainly will not
be bored. After all, you get to see Mr. Rao in a ratham and more than 1,000
artists exhibiting their skills.
"The CM is a hero. He has
achieved what others do over the years. We have planned a big welcome to KCR
for his great achievement. We have roped in 1,000 artists to perform during the
rally. It will be memorable," Minister taxes commercial T. Srinivas Yadav
promised. Since Mr. Rao reached an agreement with his counterpart Maharashtra
Devendra Fadnavis on dams, thus ending a long wait of inter-state water
dispute, TRS leaders and cadres are going gaga over the achievement, greeting
him as "Apara Bhagirathudu '(reincarnation of Bhagiratha who brought the
Ganges to Earth). Cuts, posters and banners are getting tonight all along the
rally route.
Mr. Yadav said he has had
discussions with the police for the measures taken for thousands. For the
convenience of people arriving at the airport of the city and other parts of
the state, there will be four parking spaces - cross Rasoolpura, Gymkhana Park,
Wesley College Grounds and Begumpet Dhobighat.
Pocharam Srinivas Reddy and other
ministers also planned to mobilize hundreds of farmers and party activists of
Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam districts from which
flows the river Godavari. Meanwhile, travelers can comfort themselves when they
begin to feel the increased intensity of the sun, imagining the pleasure to
cool off after the dams are built. After all, TRS leaders and followers have
already begun to celebrate the benefits of these dams.
