10 suspected terrorists who have entered Gujarat high alert in the State

Ahmedabad Ten terrorists who have entered Gujarat and are planning to carry out a "big strike", according to reports from the Intelligence Bureau warned the state police is suspected.

Security has been stepped up across Gujarat after the warning. 

Combing operations have started and a team from the National Security Guard commandos of the NSG or has arrived in Ahmedabad as part of the contingency plan.

Yesterday, a Pakistani ship was captured by the Border Security Force or BSF personnel in the area Koteshwar cove off the coast of Kutch along the border between India and Pakistan.

However, BSF officials said that its occupants had fled when they saw the security personnel and nothing suspicious was found on the boat.

A senior army commander had yesterday said he had disturbing "inputs" about a possible terrorist attack in the country aimed at creating "maximum impact" during the Shivratri festival and the ongoing parliament session.

"There are problems related to safety today. You know, Maha Shivratri is coming. There are entries that are disturbing, but nonetheless has to pay particular attention", commander of the Western Army, Lieutenant General KJ Singh had said, without give more details on the inputs.
