ministers, parliamentarians and belonging to the ruling Telugu Desam Party
legislators.
The reports also alleged that the
son of Chandrababu and national General Secretary TDP Nara Lokesh bought large
tracts of land using Benami buyers (proxy).
"Some media companies have
been publishing and broadcasting blatantly malicious news in land deals ...
They even dragged my son's name even though the property is under attachment by
the Criminal Investigation Department," he said the CM.

bank owned real estate Lingamaneni Ramesh Naidu said the property now belonged
to the state government.
"When the state was
bifurcated, who was not even a capital. Even before we identify the capital
region and reported, many people have bought land in places like Donakonda,
Vinukonda, Gannavaram, Agiripalli, Nuzividu, Mangalagiri and Amaravati with
hope of the capital may arise in those regions .... declare Amaravati as the
capital region after local farmers and landowners approached to give their land
under the land-pooling scheme novel, "Naidu said.
Upon notification to the capital,
the government wanted to ban land transactions in the region, but abandoned the
idea after opposition from local farmers, he said.
YSR Congress attacking, he said,
a party of "desperate and hostile" opposition was trying to cause
impediments in the development of new capital.
"They tried to instigate
farmers and stop giving their land to the capital. After applications were
submitted to the Supreme Court. They went to the National Green Tribunal.
Requests were sent to the Center ... but local farmers show a willingness to
iron and firmly stand behind the government, "said the Minister.
